Relieve morning stiffness, pain and inflammation with GINGER!!

Ginger has been a proven anti-inflammatory for decades, fighting arthritis, pain and stiffness!!  Prevention is key! You don’t have to suffer from one of these painful conditions to start using ginger!

Make a simple tea out of ginger root!

Grate 1 tablespoon of fresh organic ginger into a teapot.

Boil some water and pour over ginger, letting it sit there for a few minutes. The ginger will infuse the water and release its beneficial compounds.

Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and stir well. Strain into teacups and enjoy!

 * Variation *

Dissolve a teaspoon of ginger powder into a mug of boiling water.

Wait a few minutes, and add raw honey.

You can also add a squeeze of fresh lemon, or a few sprinkles of cinnamon to your tea to help boost your immune system!

Fresh ginger and ginger powder work equally well to fight inflammation, but my preference is to use fresh ginger, as the flavor is more robust and tasty!

You can add grated ginger to soups, teas, gravies, dressings, even kombucha tea!

Start using this beneficial and easy to find root and reap the benefits of it!
